It’s also important to always check with your healthcare provider before starting any new activity, especially if you are in an at risk category for COVID-19.
You can still go for a run or a walk outside while social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak. Running or walking outside solo or with your family can be a good distraction and source of physical activity.
Take a Virtual Workout Class
Many workout videos are online and are FREE. Companies such as Peleton and BeachBody are offering free subscriptions to workout classes during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Yoga for Kids (and grownups, too)
There are many resources available online for yoga, but a favorite is Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube. With themed classes nbased on favorite characters, kids can get active and engaged while having fun.
