CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-centered Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This role will serve as a key strategic partner to our CEO and provide organization-wide leadership across finance, human resources, operations, technology, data, compliance, risk management, and organizational performance.
Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life, and we are looking for a leader who can help strengthen the systems, people, and infrastructure that allow us to continue advancing that mission.
Position: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary: Up to $110,000
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
The ideal candidate will bring significant senior-level leadership experience, strong financial and operational acumen, a systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to build strong teams, improve organizational effectiveness, and translate strategy into action.
